[Butch-announce] QOS implementation completed phase 2 testing

I am ready to announce my new QOS implementation availability.  This is
a rather unique approach with RouterOS.  I have a blog entry, in which I
try to explain a little of my thought process as I created it.  You can

The base cost of this implementation will be $175 and includes
installation and orientation for the end user.  This is a system that
will very closely mimic the behavior of devices such as the Net
Equalizer products.  It is an advanced "intelligent" traffic scheduler
that reacts according to traffic patterns.  This system is not intended
as a speed limiting set of queues.  Rather, it is a system that
automatically classifies traffic and prioritizes interactive traffic
over the various non-interactive types of traffic seen in todays
networks.
