The second announcement is about my new QOS system.  I have completed
development of this system and have it installed on a sufficient number
of networks to be completely confident that it is working very well.

I am hard at work porting this new QOS system to a standard Linux
iptables implementation for those of you that are using ImageStream or
other Linux routers.  If you are interested in either platform (Linux or
